11-04-2017 UPDATE:  Good News... all orders that have been placed through October 31, 2017 will be filled as there we have enough bezels being chromed to fill all those orders (and a couple replacements too) as soon as they  come back from the Chrome shop.  Expectations of orders for the G2.2 placed after November 1 should not be expected until the first quarter of 2018.

SHIPPING POLICY

NEW PRODUCTS are usually shipped within 1-15 business days (unless otherwise noted). Flat rate shipping is either by USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Hye-Po CPS will select the best method at our discretion if the Flat rate shipping method is chosen. Usually, smaller packages are shipped by Priority Mail with larger parcels shipped via UPS Ground.

USED PARTS are usually shipped withing 1-3 business days. Buyer pays actual shipping to their location. Original shipping is is either by USPS Parcel Post Mail or UPS Ground. MRM will select the best method at our discretion if the Flat rate shipping method is chosen.


SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE USA 48 STATES

Any items ordered that need to be shipped outside of the Contential 48 US States may incur an additional shipping fee. We will ship the best rate and will charge you the difference via PayPal invoicing. You are obligated to pay the extra shipping prior to your order being shipped. We do not mark up shipping, we only charge you exactly what the difference is.

For example, if it costs us $55.00USD to ship to Australia (wich we get quite often) you can expect a PayPal invoice for the difference $45.05.

RETURN POLICY

NEW Products may be returned at for full refund within 30 days of purchase for any reason. Buyer will be credited for purchase price only (LESS a 25% restocking fee for authorized returns). Original shipping to the buyer is NOT refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

NEW Parts may only be returned if they are in new condition. If product has bolt marks, scratches or other installation marks, product may not be returned. Products must be carefully packaged for return shipment - Damage during return shipping will result in denial of refund.

Buyer must contact Hye-Po CPS at customerservice(at)hye-po.com prior to returning any item and obtain a Return Authorization Code or it will be refused.
